Brewers power past Dodgers

The Milwaukee Brewers used home runs by Ryan Braun and Carlos Gomez to beat Clayton Kershaw and the Los Angeles Dodgers 3-2 at Dodger Stadium on Saturday night.

Kershaw (14-3) took the loss after allowing Braun's two-run homer in the fourth and Gomez's solo shot in the sixth.  Yovani Gallardo (8-6) notched the win after allowing a run in eight innings pitched.  After Francisco Rodriguez allowed a run in the ninth, he then buckled down for his 38th save to help push the Brewers record to 69-55 on the season.

The Brewers will look for the weekend sweep of the Dodgers on Sunday afternoon.  Pregame is at 2:35pm, with first pitch at 3:10pm on 1150-WHBY.
