Brewers Slump Continues, Phillies down Crew 4-1

The Milwaukee Brewers continue to struggle as they were shut down by Roberto Hernandez Wednesday night 4-1 at Miller Park. Hernandez came into the game with a 3-8 record but he limited the Brewers to 3 hits in 8 innings pitched for the win. Kyle Lohse gave up home runs to Chase Utley and Jimmie Rollins to take the loss. Lyle Overbay had 2 of the 3 hits and the lone RBI for Milwaukee. The Brewers have now lost 8 of their past 10 games but still continue to have the best record in the National League at 52-40. Matt Garza coming off a 2 hit shutout gets the starting assignment for the Brewers as they try to salvage one of the four games against Philadelphia.
