WIAA Playoff Results: Thursday, June 5th


Division 1 Baseball Regional Finals
- Appleton North over Neenah 3-2
- West De Pere over App West 6-3
- Kimberly over Green Bay Preble 3-2
- Hortonville over App. East 1-0
All four teams  advance to next Tuesday's Sectional in Kaukauna

Division 1 Softball Sectional Finals
- Kimberly over Kaukauna 4-1
- Hortonville over GB Prebel 9-5
Kimberly and Hortonville head to state.  They will play in the D1 quarterfinals Thursday.

Division 2 Softball Sectional Finals
- New London over Wrightstown 7-2
New Lodon also headed to state.  They will play in the D2 Semifinals Thursday.

Individual Boy’s State Tennis Tournament begins today in Madison.

Division 1 Individuals:
- Neenah Sophomore Ryan Risgaard: advanced to Friday, won his 2nd round match after a 1st round bye
- Neenah Freshman Jackson Atassi: won 1st round match, knocked out in 2nd round
- Neenah Senior Cesar Garcia: won 1st round match, knocked out in 2nd round
- Kimberly Freshman Alex Alt: won 1st round match, knocked out in 2nd round

Division 1 Doubles
- Neenah Senior Alec Becker and Freshman Grant Mauthe: won opening match, advacned to Friday
- Neenah Junior Aaron Kuiak and Sophomore Alan Desai: won opening match, advacned to Friday
- Appleton North Senior Sam Moeller and Junior David Brooker: lost opening round match

Division 2 Singles
- Xavier Junior Luke Utrie: won opening match, advacned to Friday

GIRLS SOCCER
Division 1 Girls Soccer Regional Semifinals
- Neenah over Appleton West 7-0
- Appleton North over Wisconsin Rapids 1-0
- Kimberly over Appleton East 7-0

Division 2 Girls Soccer Regional Semifinals
- De Pere over Menasha 4-0
- Ashwaubenon over Kaukauna 2-0
- Shawno over Hortonville 6-3

Division 3 Girls Soccer Regional Semifinals
- Xavier over Ripon 10-0
- FVL over Clintonville 10-0
- Freedom over Denmark 7-1
- Winneconne over Little Chute 7-0
- Waupaca over Sparta 3-1
- New London over Berlin 6-0
- Marinette over Seymour 5-3
