Peralta Powers Crew Past Reds

Brewers starting pitcher Wily Peralta's two run RBI double in the 5th inning was more than enough support for himself as Milwaukee beat Cinncinatti 2-0 Friday night.  Peralta was equally impressive on the mound tossing eight innings of shut out ball, surrendering only three hits while striking out seven and walking two.  He improved to 4-1 on the season.  Francisco Rodriguez pitched a perfect ninth to pick up his league leading 14th save of the year.  The Brewers improved to 21-9 on the year, still the best record in the majors.  Milwaukee will look to stay hot on the road where they are 12-3 as they take on the Reds in game three of the four game series tomorrow night.  The Crew will send Yovanni Gallardo to the bump while Cincinnati will counter with Jonny Cueto.  First pitch is set for 6:10 p.m.
