Overbay, Brewers again beat Cards in extras

For the second night in a row, the Milwaukee Brewers pushed past the St. Louis Cardinals in extra innings as they won 5-4 at Busch Stadium on Tuesday night.  In the 11th inning, Lyle Overbay's RBI single to drive in Khris Davis broke a 4-4 tie, and gave the Brewers their league-leading 20th win of the season.  Starting pitcher Kyle Lohse pitched six innings against his former team, giving up three runs on six hits and a walk while striking out nine.  Tyler Thornburg (3-0) picked up the win after pitching two innings in relief, while Francisco Rodriguez closed the door on the Cardinals for his 13th save of the season.  With the win, the Brewers record remains the best in the majors at 20-7 on the season.

The Brewers look for the series sweep in St. Louis on Wednesday afternoon.  Pregame starts at 12:10pm, with first pitch at 12:45pm on 1150-WHBY.
