1st Place Brewers Stay Unbeaten on the Road

The Milwaukee Brewers won their fifth straight game on the road Wednesday night in Philadelphia as they crushed the Phillies 9-4. The Brewers are now 5-0 on the road and will look for their sixth straight win tomorrow night in Philadelphia. The Brewers have hits in 21 straight innings and have 67 hits and have scored 36 runs in those 5 wins. Tyler Thornburg got the win for the Brewers, while Carlos Gomez and Mark Reynolds hit home runs for Milwaukee. With the win, the Brewers are now 6-2 on the season and in first place in the NL Central. Marco Estrada will get the start Thursday night for the Brewers.
