Brewers sweep the Red Sox

The Brewers swept the Boston Red Sox in the three-game series after shutting out Boston 4-0 at Fenway Park on Sunday afternoon.  Milwaukee took the lead in the 2nd inning after Mark Reynolds hit a single that scored Jonathan Lucroy and Khris Davis was able to score after a Boston Error. Yovani Gallardo improved to 2-0 and pitched 6 2/3 scoreless innings and only allowed two hits.  After the sweep, the Brewers go to 4-2 and will travel to Philadelphia for the Phillies home opener on Tuesday afternoon.  You can hear that game on 1150-WHBY with pre-game at 2:30pm and first-pitch at 3:05pm.
