Badgers Elite in Anaheim, Crush Baylor Headed to Elite 8

The #2 seed Wisconsin Badgers put on a clinic Thursday night offensively and defensively as they crushed #6 seed Baylor 69-52 to advance to the Elite 8. Baylor lead 2-0 but after that it was all Wisconsin who held Baylor to 16 first half points and lead by as many as 21 points in the second half. Frank Kaminsky lead the way with 19 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 6 blocked shots. Ben Brust added 14 points and Freshmen Nigel Hayes chipped in 10. The Badgers shot 52% from the field and held Baylor to 31%. Wisconsin will play the winner of the Arizona and San Diego State game Saturday night in Anaheim. It is the Badgers first Elite 8 apperance since 2005.
