This is your Living the Outdoors Show from Wednesday, March 16th, 2016. Wisconsin DNR Warden Ryan Propson joined host Marc Drewek for your monthly "Ask a Game Warden" show. Your chance to be heard on outdoor related topics with your questions and comments as the spring outdoors season's about to come. The guys would take the first half of the show talking about the new Go Wild licencing system that's now in effect. The guys then talked about Walleye fishing, then fishing in general and what you need to know if your heading out on the water. Ryan would follow talking about the Winnebago system, and how it's actually defined by the DNR and where the borders of the system lie. The guys then wrapped up talking about some spring hearings coming up for the public to participate in. For Outagamie County, there's a County Deer Advisory Council meeting at the Outagamie Conservation Club on March 24th starting at 7pm. On April 11th at 7pm, in every county across the state are the statewide DNR spring hearings held again for the public to attend and participate. Also throughout the show, we paid tribute to Dallas and Mitch Seavey along with the entire J.J. Keller Iditerod Racing team, for winning the 2016 Iditerod in Alaska this past week.
